Secure Communications (SComm)

  • The SComm module can now be disabled for providers. If an agency wants to disable or re-enable this module for their users, then Super Admins of the agency can send a request to Therap via the Issue Tracking section of their Dashboard.

  • If SComm has been disabled for a provider, then the following changes will be displayed:

    • Users will see a message on the ‘Configure Default Notification Profile’ page and ‘Configure Custom Notification Profile’ page:
      “SComm is Disabled for your Provider”.

    • Users will see a validation message while trying to generate any offline report from the Report Library:
      “Cannot allow offline request. SComm is not enabled for this provider.”.

    • Users will see a validation message saying SComm is disabled for the provider if they try to send a Multi Provider SComm to a user of another provider where SComm is disabled.
