Care Plan
[Back to Top]- Generating PDFs of the Acknowledgment Report and the Pending Acknowledgement Report of Individual Care Plans after this release, will show the Form ID of the corresponding Individual Care Plan in the Form ID column of the ‘Activity Tracking Search’ result page.
General Event Reports (GER)
[Back to Top]- The following changes have been made to the Excel report generated from the Export to Excel with Review/Follow-up Comments link of the ‘GER Search’ results page:
- A new column titled Reviewer Provider has been added where Provider Name and Provider Code of the reviewer will be displayed when the reviewer’s provider is different from the provider of the respective GER.
- Title of the reviewer will now be displayed along with name in the Reviewed By column.
General Event Reports (GER) for Users in Manitoba
[Back to Top]- A new option titled Residential Care Licensing (RCL) has been added to the Person/Entity dropdown field(s) in the 'Notification(s)' section of the GER 'Actions Taken' page.
Individual Plan
[Back to Top]- The following changes have been made to the ‘Individual Plan Acknowledgement List’ report generated by clicking on the Acknowledgement Report link at the bottom of Individual Plans:
- The report has been renamed to ‘Individual Plan Acknowledgement Report’.
- A header section has been added under the report name, showing Template Name, Individual, Form ID, Status, Start Date, and End Date of the Individual Plan.
- The Export to Excel link has been renamed to Printables and Exports. Clicking on this link will now show a popup containing Export to PDF and Export to Excel links. Clicking on the new Export to PDF link will generate a PDF of the report.
ISP Data
[Back to Top]- The user interface of the time pickers in the Begin Time and the End Time fields of ISP Data Collection forms have been updated. Users will now be able to select the time by clicking on the clock icon next to these fields.
- If users manually enter time in these fields which do not meet the required format, then an error message will be displayed, the Time Duration field will show ‘0 Minute(s)’, and users will not be able to submit / update the ISP Data Collection form.
Medication Administration Record (MAR)
[Back to Top]- A new Status column has been added in the ‘Followup’ popup window for the PRN medications. Followed up entries will appear as ‘Completed’ in this column. This will also appear for the followed up entries in the ‘MAR PRN Follow-up Report’.
Service Directory

- The Service Provider and Provider Service Approval options have been moved from 'Service Directory' to a new section titled 'Provider Management'.
Service Authorization

- The Number of Units and Remaining Units columns in the 'Service Authorization Search' results page have been renamed to Number of Units in Service and Remaining Units in Service, respectively.
